Once payment has been processed, we aim to ship orders within two business days. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

Missing Orders

Exchange & Store Credit Policy
- Jeans Unlimited offers store credit on eligible regular-priced merchandise returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from damage and have all original tags attached.
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or issued a store credit.
Returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at our store. Items that do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Store credits are normally issued within five business days after we receive and approve the returned merchandise.
Jeans Unlimited reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Additional Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Jeans Unlimited because it could not be delivered, the customer is responsible for applicable original and return shipping charges.
Jeans Unlimited is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or where delivery attempts have been made.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees or local taxes associated with international shipments.
